That it's wrong. It's an error. The prophecy said they would be converted...to the Catholic faith (Immaculate Heart). This didn't happen, so that part of the prophecy is out. Although that didn't stop the Catholic Church from claiming 'victory' and saying that Russia was in fact consecrated (see Pope John Paul II in 1981. The Russian Orthodoxy didn't much like that though..
