And what about weight.. They say lose your weight for high BP.. So is it gain more weight for low BP? Then there's exercise..more exercise for high BP so less exercise for low BP? T then there's sleep.. More for high BP so..less for you? very confusing.. we'll probably need becs to do a surgery or something.. Vorly seem enthusiastic.....I'll lure him with a poster of David Beckham..you sharpen the knifes...
who are "they", Pool?
Have you seen your GP or just been reading up on it?
There are common things that can be applied to high BP that can help but everyone's metabolism is different.
yeah seen the doc she's got one med for sleep at night and 2 for BP in the morn, noon, and night. But yeah I've successfully made myself paranoid reading all those internet articles...one minute they're talking about BP and the next minute they're talking about stroke and heart attack o.O damn cunts lol!!

Any suggestions?
What about diet
Any help appreciated
I have historically had bad eating habits, though that has improved in the last year.
My BP is almost always between 110/70 and 120/80 which is fine, especially considering hypertension runs in the family. I also have a resting pulse that is not expected for someone in my shape - specifically, it's in a range usually associated with athletes, which I am not (50-60 bpm). No abnormal test results.
The only times when my BP has measured in a high range was when I was in a stress situation or when I was in a lot of pain, and I've been told that is quite normal.
I suspect my normal BP isn't a result of doing anything right. I have no idea why it is what it is. Several docs have no explanation either.
You probably skipped that BP genetics..but ye, it's a weird thing.. I wonder if it's solely due to the whole salt business. Maybe that's why they tell you to exercise so that you will sweat your salt out
