The Atlas line got reincarnated with the merger of LockMart and Boeing into yet another clusterfuck called United Launch Alliance. Elon Musk is currently kicking their collective asses. I say we just mount the Chump in the payload fairing, and once it gets off the coast of Florida, detonate it "because it went off course". Or a dynamite enema, which would be orders of magnitude less expensive.
