In response to the OP, women do need men, but only if they're the sort of women who want men. The human race needs men for obvious reasons. Women have to take their need on a case-by-case basis.

And she shouldn't. My point is that every relationship is different. People who have "good" relationships find a balance of their strengths and work together. I might not need a man to tell me when to change the oil or to take out the trash, but I need a partner for a lot of other things.
