I think she didn't even know that her photos were backing up to the cloud. Some phones/OSs do that without asking.
When the internet of things is new to people, they sometimes can be just innocently naive.
That being said, I do think it's immoral to look at the pictures, as not only does it revictimize the victim, but it also supports the demand for future victims' pictures.
