Am I nuts? I like Jesus..:)

That's kind of my attitude about most things theists say on here. On occasions where someone sincerely blows my mind with how fucking outrageously stupid or insane they are, I'll say my catchphrase, "That's, like the name says, astonishing."

But mate, a primitive jungle tribe would think you were nuts if you told them- "The earth is round and is floating through an emptiness called space"  and they wouldn't believe you.
Same with Jesus, he knew our human minds couldn't take in the big picture of life and the universe-
"You hardly believe me when I tell you earthly things, so how would you believe me if I told you heavenly things?....
....I know where I came from and where I am going, but you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.....you are of this world, I am not of this world" (John 3:12,John 10:38,8:14,8:23)

These things can be proved. In fact the ancient greeks were able to deduce the size of the planets circumference using wells, sticks and maths.

We can see other bodies in space for example the mood and sun.

But of god there is no trace.
