Yeah, I have very little sympathy.
I assume they have no way of accessing safe cannabis? It's almost like there's a certain form of a self inflicted problem going on there. Most cases I've heard of where synthetic shit has been used is in evading drug tests.
Part of the problem is that cannibis is still illegal here.
If they want ro save lives they should legalise it and do their best to stamp out the synthetic shit. Twelve deaths that I'm aware of so far.
