Hey. Problems are solvable. The government could do it, though it may not be too socially acceptable.
I would also be open to letting them in if they lived with an American citizen until they earned their citizenship. Would you open your house up to a family or two??? If you would, I can hook you up. My guess is that you're only okay with it as long as society as a whole pays for it.
