None of whatsoever.
One is non-sense and one is based on evidence.
It's obvious which pill you took.
This is where the theist confuses "atheist" with evolution. "atheist" is actually a separate issue than evolution. Evolution is the scientific study of how life changes over long periods of time. "atheist" strictly addresses one claim, that of god/s.
The other mistake Rik is making here is that evolution DOES NOT CLAIM that humans are the apex of life, but merely one species among many. When scientists say humans have more developed brains, that does not mean we are an apex, merely that we have different adaptations as a species. Other life is better adapt to do other things. Like bacteria and cockroaches are better and faster at reproduction than humans and they have been far more successful than humans.
It is actually the opposite with humans when it comes to religion. Theist get taught that they are the top of the chain and that a divine power gave them dominion over all other life. The problem with this mentality is that it teaches us to abuse our environments because there is an afterlife so who cares what we do now.
Evolution as a science says that all life lives in an ecosystem that we share, and when one aspect of that system gets out of balance it affects the rest of the life in that ecosystem.
So when the theist cannot defend claims of magic and poof, they attack scientific method to falsely vilify it. The irony is that they do so while using computers, the product of scientific method.
