Amélie (2001) is the worst movie I've seen. It's just so trying to be cute that it's disgusting. I mean I don't see any point of this movie but to be a puppy of cinema.
Worst movie I didn't see but only tried is "Transformers 3". That movie is truly anti-cinema. I guess Hollywood makes these movies to lower the bar on other movies, because for years after that movie when ever some SF movie came out it's main defense was "Well it's not Transformers", like "Interstellar" among others.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
