CIJS: OK Rick, I know you're new to this and it was not your idea to be here but it's your own damn fault. Time for a reality check.

Stop telling us how successful your are, your houses, your cars, your business, your money, blah, blah, blah. If your life is that great you wouldn't have crossed paths with the police and be facing jail time, fucked up your body in a crash and had an apparent substance induced stroke. And on top of everything expect us to give you pity. 

You need a psych and inpatient eval. Or start accepting your early death. Your choice, time is growing short.

Perhaps setting this straight could take priority before starting up a new business? It would suck to have to share your success with someone who's had so little to do with it.

You are probably right, but his name won't be attached to anything and we aren't married so my success is my own. I'm really only in this for the kids because if I'm not here - they will have to go back to living with his ex and neither kid wants that. It's just a fucked up situation all around.

Do both he and the kids know that? If you can't get it thru, maybe his kids can. Or maybe nothing can. Only you know.
