I doubt it would do anything. NOKO would hate on the U.S. no matter who the president would be. But, if you think Kim is better than President Trump you could probably pack up and move to NOKO.
I think they're both really bad but if you want everyone who thinks Trump is a shitty president to leave, that's %60-70 of the country.
Trump may be better but that's in large part due to our governments checks and balances. If he could be like Kim, maybe he would.
