The post above was the commentary, while I decided to post other verses, I only commented really on one.
The thing is without showing all those verses, people might think I am taking a verse out of context, so I wanted to show some context in Quran. There is a lot of emphasis and re-emphasis in Quran from one verse to another.
It explains itself, and so, to a non-Muslim who doesn't think: 5:12 will not say much. And to Sunnis, it doesn't really prove anything either to Ahlul-Kitab. But to me it proves everything. I mean by that, what morality truly is and by it proves God, what the light is and proves it's source and destination, what leadership truly is and the only one who can designate it to a person, what the true religion always has been and will it will away be, and the path to knowledge as opposed to ignorance.
But the expansion of every verse and it's purpose is the whole Quran. Each verse has a purpose with respect to whole Quran.
And this verse brings everything together in a marvelous ring, a jewel, beautifies it, and proves everything in it.
