Re-read this thread, I supported the thesis, and with reflection, this is easy to realize.
"The qualitative measure" is an undefined construct that has not been proved to exist. If it does not exist, it cannot need anything.

The problem with the OP, this thread, and this post is that it's a word-salad flight of fancy about an imaginary friend. It's ok if you think your invisible green and purple-polka-dotted dragon exists if it makes you happy.
