Re-read this thread,  I supported the thesis, and with reflection, this is easy to realize.

"The qualitative measure" is an undefined construct that has not been proved to exist.  If it does not exist, it cannot need anything.
A reckoner who maintains who we are (+ judge, witness, eternal reality) is an undefined construct that has not been proved to exist.
The problem with the OP, this thread, and this post is that it's a word-salad flight of fancy about an imaginary friend.  It's ok if you think your invisible green and purple-polka-dotted dragon exists if it makes you happy.  But if you start telling us that we have to believe he spits up rainbows, we'd better be able to see and touch him or you're just writing gibberish.
