A Chicago thug cop just cost the city $44.7 MILLION for shooting his life-long friend in the head in 2010. The thug had claimed that his buddy had tried to commit suicide. It took the jury just 20 minutes to determine that was a lie. They then went to work on determining the amount of damages and finally reached the $44.7 million amount in order to send a message to the cop lovers that they need to control their thug cops. The thug cop has a long rap sheet and had been found mentally unfit twice. He should have been fired years ago but they finally slapped him upside his stupid head last week. He's still employed and the cop lovers are going to try to wiggle out of forking over the $44.7 million on an appeal.
