I don't know. My first game coaching Little League I tried to move my center fielder by shouting out " Mike, 3 steps to the left. " It looked like a marching band doing a scatter-step. 4 kids promptly moved to the left.... including my first baseman who walked into foul territory.
Two things crossed my mind:
1 - "You better think of some nicknames for these kids in a big hurry."

2 - "You've got an idiot at first base."
