The CS Monitor has written an interesting story there, as far as it goes. Let me say that Paul is a stark raving nut....just like Bachmann and Cain and Perry and Santorum, et al. But that is not the point. The piece that the CS Monitor misses is that these news media companies are owned by even bigger corporations and if the word comes down to make him a non-story that is what they are going to do.
The only thing that I can see which separates Paul from the other lunatics looking from the nomination is that he is ostensibly not a war-mongering bastard.
General Electric owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC. They are also a multi-billion dollar defense contractor and who knows how many subsidiaries they own which are sucking on the same tit? Is it really that hard to figure this all out?
The issue here is one of media fairness. Fucked up as he is, Paul barely came in second to an equally fucked up Bachmann and that should be covered because it is important for eveyone to know just how fucking crazy the republicolibertarianazis are.
