I find that very questionable. As much as anyone who thinks they have cart Blanche to do whatever they want just because they created something a long time ago. Nothing is truly invincible. Given enough power, anything can be threatened. Your god certainly seemed threatened by Humans growing too powerful in the older bible stories.
