I think these examples you have of an evil God is wrong and grossly misunderstood. For example, the infantcide in genesis is because of the Pharaoh and also because the devil wanted to destroy the chance of there being someone rise up from amongst the hebrews to become the saviour of the world and therefore defeat Satan. Another example is the story of Noah. The flood caused massive damage and the loss of thousands of lives. However, these lives were of people who were half human and half angels. These angels are from the 1/3 of angels who followed Lucifer when he fell from heaven. Anyone can check this out for themselves of they cared to look.
