I am not quite sure how you would like to manage a world, let alone a universe where crime is acceptable - betrayal, lying, greed, murder, rape, the list is endless. Would you, like Lot, offer up your daughter's to be raped? I wouldn't but you would, that makes you morally bankrupt.
