What I find most incredible is that when we look up at the night sky, we see thousands of stars, but when we look into the night sky with the HST, we see thousands of galaxies as if they were "stars" to us. Makes you realize that all the stars we see in the sky are in our galaxy alone, and that there are bigger galaxies out there with even more stars.
I honestly think this is one of the biggest arguments against a theistic God, at least the one whose followers claim it made the universe for us. This universe is simply too big, too complex, too astounding, and with galaxies that existed billions of years before us, to be made for us.
