I feel bad for anyone who gets traumatized by this for a year or more. I've heard different views on what hell is, but I'm fairly certain the mainstream view is the lake of fire version, since it's the one based on the real life canyon that was constantly on fire. Telling kids they'll be set on fire if they don't act right is not good parenting.
