The guys a hot mess. He doesn't have to be sick to be a hot mess....even though it would soothe our national conscience if he were. The same can be said for his supporters. They're a hot mess, not "economically anxious".
No no no no, this isn't that one bit. He really has had mental issues his entire life. I do however think age really is compounding his dad abusing him when he grew up.
I would agree that even prior to his win, the GOP has been very effective since Reagan in using words like "commie" and "godless" to exploit the economically anxious". But 45 is worse, he has done that as well, but compounded the prior with political scapegoating and vilification on top of his own mental and physical problems, and this is far different than the politics prior.
45 is unpredictable and incoherent.
