Is the bombing of facilities a major part of that? I oppose animal testing but it'd be a bit pointless for me to reject a medicine that could save my life because it had been tested on animals. It's not like the animal testing can be reversed.

I equate these nutbags with the same ones who oppose GMO's and give absolutely no viable alternative to world hunger. If you oppose animal testing, what's the other choice? You gonna volunteer as a test subject? Let's be clear: these people would love to see you or a member of your family die rather than get the drugs you need OR further research that might help them or perhaps your children.
It's not my sarcasm - it's Penn & Teller's. They are being satirical because they find PETA and it's major supporters to be laughable.
