If you are going to kill something then kill it quick...don't get all soppy about it and only do half a job leaving it suffering.
And don't think that domesticated animals fare better in the wild. Fur animals can devastate whole eco-systems, cows would freak out, poultry would fatten up the local foxes quite fast etc. Activists could learn a thing or two about the animals they're trying to "save".
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human.
