I love Weird Al, but not familiar with this parody, is it an original or spoof of a real artist? I'd have to watch the real artist to catch the context.
No, this isn't a parody of another song (as far as I'm aware).
It's an original song based on a former US sports broadcaster, I believe.
Pay particular attention to the scene with the mounted heads. You'll see Chuck Norris there...
