Aliens existing and said aliens visiting planet earth are two completely unrelated hypotheses. The first one is highly probable, the second one; show me the monkeys.

More likely to be time travelling humans though. We're much closer.
Depends on how time travel works (we've not seen an example yet). Don't forget that the Earth orbits the sun, the sun orbits the center of the galaxy, etc. If time travel keeps you in the 'same place', the Earth is likely to be quite far away after a short time.
