Either we need to expect people to take some amount of personal responsibility for their health care, or we need to move to single payer. The dems had their chance to fix it, and they gave us the current program which you guys are all saying is practically worthless.
Nowhere NEAR worthless. It's done some incredible things. Too many for me to go into without some serious time on my hands. It also opened up Americans' minds to how many benefits they can actually get from their insurer when insurance companies can't penalise them for needing health insurance.
