RE: Who moved or stayed?

Born in San Diego in '75. Moved to the Tampa Bay area when I was finished with 9th grade. Went to two high schools in the TB area, and finished high school near Phoenix, while my parents moved back to CA. Chose a tiny college in Vermont. Moved to NC for a while. Chose a uni in northern Ca. Ten moved to Pittsburg, PA for 9 yers. Now back in San Diego.
I have been most homesick for Sacramento, Pittsburgh, and Vermont, but am burned out on moving. San Diego is adequate, and I truly do love my neighborhood.
If I were to raise a family (which I have no inkling to do), i would make sure I didn't move during my daughters' or sons' high school years. And they'd go public. Not tiny private. More opportunities, at least in the good districts.
