All of this can be avoided with proper mental care in the U.S. but it's just never going to happen.
You can't catch everyone before they pop. Perfectly normal guy in Miami back in 1975, sitting on the front porch, wife and mother with him. Well, their heads were with him. Never a clue before he tipped.
I get that but in this case it could have been prevented.
