Nope.
One mother who was doing nothing to shut up her screaming kid in a shopping centre once heard me say, under my breath, "Kill it. Kill it now!"
I was in a grocery store awhile back, and some kid was screaming for no apparent reason, and the mother was completely ignoring her. I said, "You can find socks on aisle 5". Didn't get a warm fuzzy reaction.
