One more wrong assumption DLJ.
You have a dogma (false belief turned into a truth).
Your dogma is that you are convinced that knowledge must come from a text.

An old saying..........IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ALL YOU MUST FIRST KNOW YOURSELF.

It is by searching within that all knowledge come to the surface into your outer mind but I guess you never though about that, did you?  

Nothing wrong with assumptions when they are articulated and challenged. I will resist the temptations to point out your false assumption above because it does not further the conversation.

Where I live, children are taught that all knowledge comes from their god.

So there's that.

So, I am still left wondering whether the information that so many others (including me) have found and verified/validated is not available to you.

Are you claiming that knowledge only comes from an internal source?
