Plagiarism one thing we have zero tolerance for if we catch it or it's reported. It's extremely intellectually dishonest, and quite frankly, I don't it's appropriate to expect someone else to refute a third party's words. At least one should have the decency to indicate that it is not their work so members can make an informed choice to engage a third party's work rather than the OP.
We do not have "Safe Harbor" status under the DMCA and as a matter of liability, Fair Use also applies here. Posting a work in it's entirety is not allowed, either. Excerpt, attribute, and link only as much as is necessary to support your own position.
I'm pretty sure a great many people don't read the rules when they agree to them but they agreed to them nonetheless and c'mon, this is primary school stuff.
