For those that don't know me, I'm culturally Lutheran and Presbyterian but atheist from before I knew what the word meant. I'm a 55 year old artist and recovering lawyer. I once posted here a lot. Then it got repetitive. Then I missed it. Now I'm back.
I'm flabergast to discover Mystic Knight has crossed over to the gray side of agnosticism, and resigned to Dritch's nonsense. Anything else exciting happen?
Welcome back!
I remember many great posts from you!
What have you missed?
Theists have finally proven that a god exists. We just continue posting here because we hate god.
Sorry, but it's a done deal. Nothing more to see here. Move along.
Please don't change Simon.

Good news. Over the last two years I lost 50 pounds, and am still 40 under what I started at then. I'm working out at least 3 days a week, with Pilates classes twice a week along with reclined stationary bike and weights every day, along with the walk there and back usually.
My wife Lia and I are both retired now. But she still has emeritus status and this year they;re giving her an honorary doctorate. I have no further contact with my old school but I take good care of my garden, the dogs and projects to improve our space in addition to being on the board for California Horticultural Society, cooking most our meals along with regular workouts at the Y. Life is good except I know more and more friends who have lost a mate. Time to plan for change.
If you're ever coming to the SF area and would like to meet, we could help you hammer out an agenda of things, some of which we could to do with you if you like.
Congratulations on the weight loss does it make you feel younger? Mine does.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
