You must have better friends than I.... Mine would bring it up often and without mercy. With family, I think it could eventually be forgotten.
Anything sex related is just more awkward with family I guess. Kinda for the same reason that I'll talk with a friend about our sex lives all day, but don't wanna hear a word about it from my brother or sister or parent.
