And I take it that the surgery would be convincing enough that the resulting vagina would look and feel like a cislady's vagina. The point is that their mind and body both fully naked appears to you to be that of a beautiful ciswoman... and then after already being attracted to all of them fully you suddenly discover their chromosones are XY and they had an operation to look and feel exactly like a ciswoman but they're actually a transwoman... and is being trans or cis relevant?
For me it's like if I had a roommate that replaced all my possessions with exact replicas and I didn't lose any feelings of nostalgia or sentimentality. It's like... so what? Lol. Even if I knew what had happened, why would it make a difference if it all seemed and felt the same?
