Specifically which one of the claims do you dispute? Just saying "You don't live here" doesn't achieve anything. The ACT part is fairly close to one, perhaps 70% of their policies are compatible, on the Nolan chart they'd be high on economic and personal freedoms. "Extreme right" isn't a useful term, you likely mean by it both fiscal and social conservatism, where as ACT are fiscally conservative and socially very liberal.
