London is cosmopolitan. Multiple races all mixed in with each other, and there tends to also be a lot less racism of all sides down there, than up north where I live where it's mostly white, and white people complaining about so-called "pakis" running shops.
I think the more cosmopolitan a country becomes, the more normal it becomes for multiple races to be mixed, the less abnormal minorities are considered, and the less racism there is.
I didn't even want to move up North. I went where my family went. But despite the fact London is a nicer place culturally, it's much too busy for me to live by myself anyhow. I wouldn't cope in a big city.
