There is a Theistic framework and Atheistic framework.

All it means it's the realm of how the world can possibly be perceived through that stance.

Islam doesn't have an official stance regarding anything really, for almost everything there is consensus, there is dispute, even the unity of God has different interpretations.

And even what Messengerhood means, and what Prophethood means has not been agreed upon by Muslims.

It's a framework though. And Shiite sect there is divisions on almost every issue, same with the Twelver sect, there isn't much unity.

You're making the case that not even Islam amounts to a framework, not that atheism does. Why can you understand that about Islam and not atheism?
