Really, why? 3.5 billion people running around smoking cigarettes and riding on Hoverounds ™ is really going to suck. Where are we going to get all the batteries and tobacco?

I imagine it would best be determined from a sociological framework.
How do we make that framework not a contest? Seems anytime power over someone is given, the contest and corruption starts.
