True, but I would say...of bad karma because karma can also be good in a way.

In fact, there is human consciousness in plants..albeit diminished.

If there would be plants would die immediately as human consciousness could not stand the idea to be stuck inside a plant.
Not to know what you were in the previous life is very important regardless you are a plants an animals or a human.
My previous post was a joke but I guess you never thought of it.  

This means that you are a karmic consciousness cannibal.  It also means that you deserve your diminished intelligence.
