If you actually watched the video (though maybe hoping you would was foolish, you clearly have no interest in scholarship) you would have seen Tom Woods specifically say that Warren Harding ignored the advice of Hoover in formulating his response to the depression and it was doing about the exact opposite of what Hoover recommended at the time that lead to the 1920 depression being the shortest in modern history.
I don't know how well you know your own history or if you were even remotely aware that there was a depression in 1920-21 and were simply confused, but Hoover was not the president during the depression of 1920 but the later depression in 1929.
Also, it's specifically Hoover who is cited as the shining example of the effectiveness of Stimulus spending, despite his policies leading to the longest depression in history. I'm glad at least you acknowledge how disastrous and immoral his policies were, though that only makes it more absurd when you claim the people who were of the complete opposite economic views are the fascists...
