Pedophile/homosexual priests: probably the same thing as with insane psychologists -- devoting yourself to your own salvation. The pedophiles that actually end up acting on their feelings are just the ones that eventually succumb to them, the rest is too good at conditioning their selves against it.
Bisexual atheists: probably the other way around -- bisexuals are more likely to be atheist because their sexuality would conflict with various religions. Also, the same people who "become" homosexuals as atheists might very well never find out if they were adhering to a strict faith.
