-when people want to frighten others...they inevitably invoke whatever scares the piss out of them. GC's been threatening people with hell for years on these boards. It's fair to assume that he's positively terrified that he's going to end up there..no matter how many time he engages in pious theater here on these boards about his deep relationship with christ. That's probably -why- he's here..babbling at us about hell.
In his case, I'd assume his business was completely flaccid out of abject terror, a terror he can't voice or acknowledge. God doesn't speak to him, he's going to hell.
