The conflicts are best described by the Torah and Quran,  envy for God's grace upon who he favored with representing his religion.   The families of the reminders chosen for leading humanity to guidance and it's manifest when the world is united in hate towards their lovers and nothing but that unites them.

You can deceive yourself and call whatever you want non-sense, God spoke the truth regarding this matter in the Torah and Quran, and is not ashamed to give parables of the truth nor ashamed of speaking the truth and there is no reason I should be.
