I wouldn't put forward any one thing and say that's the issue, the few things I mentioned are common issues, being nervous about diversity is very much not a common issue as far as I can tell with school shooters.
If the shooter is spoiled and raised to be selfish that's a family issue, the shooters are normally about as middle class and white as the victims they're shooting.
