Why millennials are drawn to socialism

I'm a millennial and obviously just speaking for myself. I wouldn't describe myself as being 'drawn to socialism,' I just am willing to admit and identify criticisms and problems with our current quasi-capitalist systems. I absolutely would not call myself a socialist, and I doubt I ever would (though who knows, in the future). I think there are plenty of younger people who aren't socialist, but acknowledge the need for greater oversight in certain areas.
