The person making the claim that the deity exists bears the burden of proof. We cannot prove that something does NOT exist.
You sound like we made a conscious decision to be an atheist. For most, (and certainly for me) it seems that the claims for the existence of a deity are completely unbelievable. If you don't believe in something's existence, you simply DON'T BELIEVE. Just like you don't believe that Apollo drives the sun across the sky every day.
Out of context, my friend. The assertion was to show a previous assertion was given, and bears the burden of proof (it was an example...)
No ,I think you were drunk and unconscious about your decision to be an A.
(If you don't believe a round earth exists then you don't believe.)
Is there something wrong in asking for a logical rational reason as to why someone takes the position one takes?
Would you accept that the earth is flat because I do not believe it is round as a logical and rational reason?

OK, I like something different.
If you don't have a rational reason for your belief, how can you claim to know that I don't have a rational reason for my belief?
This is getting to bogged down.
Let's try something.
A: My logical rational reason for being an A is_____________________________.
And that is supported by the logical rational reason of ________________________.
Fill in the blanks and we will have a clear picture of each (As) individual reason and maybe group them together if any are the same and discuss those
Sorta start fresh.
