G = (What many A's say they have no belief in). My G is the G found in the B"
- JOH 4:24 God [is] a Spirit.
- ACS 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being;
- 1TI 1:17 ...the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God
- JOH 1:3 All things were made by him..
- REV 4:8...Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
- PSA 115:3 ...he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
- PSA 44:6 ...beside me [there is] no God. (see Bible for details)
B= Bible (My G's book)
A = Atheism, belief in the absence of any belief in G; "One who does not believe in G" is an A.
Belief= an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. "his belief in the value of the absence of a belief"

I mean, is there any logical. reasonable. rational reason to be an A
(One that differs from, " I flipped a coin, so tails I am an atheist".)
Bad ex. reasons; I'm an A because there is no G or.
Deciding 2 B or not 2 B a xtian isn't anything I give much thought about. Rather, I'm just not that and when I consider the possibility of alternative realities going by the description of 'supernatural' my only response is "you've got to be kidding?"
If God could be something natural then I could give it more consideration. But since no one seems to have that in mind, I'll pass.
But I haven't read any other responses in this thread yet. How you doing, noob? Still having trouble imagining how anyone could choose to be different from yourself? Hope you're having a good time anyhow.
Most responses seem to be along the lines of assertions; I'm an A because I'm an A or I'm an A because there is not Evidence for E.
But without any logical support for them.
It would be like if a Theist came and said I'm a Theist because I'm a Theist or I m a Theist because I have only seen the totaly persuasive evidence for the existence of G.
And if you asked for logical reasonable reason for why the Theist said well that's what a Theist is.
Kinda that is what I have been getting. My favorite post so far is this one because it was a forthright answer:
Abaddon_ire
A: My logical rational reason for being an A is there is no evidence for ANY of the thousands of claimed "gods". Not one.
And that is supported by the logical rational reason of there is no evidence for ANY of the thousands of claimed "gods". Not one.
