I'm stating that all theists are irrational. (Because they believe in something for which no evidence has ever existed.)
Fine. We're all sick in the head. /thread
I think Ybe is showing something important. The discussion has to be two way. Not just one just denying the other without providing analysis.
Sure, I can review a book and call it crap. But really, I should provide reasons so if wrong can be corrected and if right, others can know.
Nope. I don't have to justify being an Atheist, you don't have to justify being a Muslim, and Ybe doesn't have to justify being a Christian. Religion, or lack thereof, should be a personal choice. Many of us here were raised religious, and have come to their atheism through study and analysis. If you think I'm wrong-headed and I think you're wrong-headed - - so what? Your beliefs are none of my business. My beliefs are nobody's business but my own. But there are a lot of theists who think that they need to PROVE that atheists are wrong and deluded and ignorant and misinformed - - but they have no proof that their deity exists, we should just take their word for it - - (or worse, their book of fairy tales) and it can get annoying after a while.

If proof is ever presented it will not be through arguments, stories, books, and preaching. The evidence will be clear and there will be no need to listen.
